Privacy
We are a building, not a data company. The only reason we measure anything here is to know whether people can find our available space and understand what they are looking at. Here is every tool that runs on these pages and what each one sees.
Cloudflare serves this website and counts page views for us. It uses no cookies and does not follow anyone from site to site. We see totals: which pages were opened, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and how fast the page loaded.
Google Analytics tells us how people find the building online and which pages they read before they call. It sets cookies in your browser, records the pages you open, the approximate area you are in based on your network address, and whether you arrived from a search, a social post or a direct link. We look at it in aggregate. We do not use it to build advertising audiences.
Clarity shows us where visitors click and scroll, and it can replay an anonymous recording of a visit so we can see where the website confuses people. Clarity hides the words you type, and the tour request form on this site is masked so that nothing you enter in it is recorded. Clarity does not record the owner side of the website, and we never use it to identify anyone.
When you contact us
If you request a tour or send a message, the name, email address, phone number and note you give us come straight to our leasing inbox and into the records we keep so we can follow up and remember what you were looking for. We use them to answer you and to hold a space while you decide. We do not sell them, rent them, or trade them, and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you would like your details removed, say so and they are gone.
Your choices
You can opt out of Google Analytics on every website you visit with Google's own browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Microsoft explains what Clarity collects, and how to manage it, in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Blocking cookies in your browser settings, or using any of the common tracker blocking extensions, stops all three of the tools above on this site. Nothing on these pages breaks when you do. The space listings, the photographs and the phone number all work the same.
